One of the region’s most powerful business leaders has thrown his weight behind the Lancashire Business Survey.

Steven Broomhead, chief executive of the North West Regional Development Agency (NWDA), a group which is backing the survey, has said he is waiting with interest to hear the results.

The NWDA is returning as a supported of the survey after backing it last year, in its inaugural outing.

Mr Broomhead said: “The NWDA is delighted to support the Lancashire Business Survey in its second year. The project gives a very useful insight into the real issues affecting businesses in the county.”
